Carrier & Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This tracking number will be activated within 48 hours.
Change of Address:
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at herbalsherpauk@gmail.com or call us at +44 20 8004 5044 (WhatsApp) within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
